ABOUT SWEET SPOT AESTHETICS
Red, White & You — But This Month, Let’s Talk About Me
I spend a lot of time helping my clients look and feel like the best version of themselves — confident, refreshed, and beautiful. But this month, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share a little bit about why I do what I do.
I’m Stephanie Ware — a CRNA, APN, injector, skin nerd, and the owner of Sweet Spot Aesthetics. I opened this practice for one reason: to help women 40 and over reconnect with the version of themselves they still feel like on the inside. You know — the vibrant, glowing, confident version that sometimes gets buried under stress, sun damage, or the constant busyness of life.
I’ve been in healthcare for over two decades. I graduated from nursing school at the University of Maryland, then completed my anesthesia training at SUNY Downstate. I’ve always loved skincare and beauty — in fact, my first job after nursing school was working at an AVEDA store (because I couldn’t get enough of the products).
As a CRNA, my job is to administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery or procedures. But aesthetics had always been on my heart — so I started training. I’ve done most of my advanced aesthetic training at Beautiphi Academy in Michigan, and I continue to take new classes regularly. This field is always evolving, and I want to stay ahead of it so my clients get the very best care.
I’m the sole provider at Sweet Spot Aesthetics, and I like it that way. I don’t rush appointments. I don’t push products just to sell them. I take my time, listen, and treat people like people — not charts. My goal isn’t to make you look like someone else. It’s to help you feel like you again.
Some of my favorite treatments? Skincare (it’s the foundation of everything), and regenerative fillers. I love when clients start to see those slow, natural changes — the kind that build over time. That moment of, “Oh wow… I really do look amazing” — that never gets old.
I’ve worked in some of the most intense areas of medicine — including at the NIH, where I cared for pediatric oncology and HIV patients. Those kids taught me strength, patience, and compassion — and I carry that with me every day.
When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m with my 8-year-old daughter (she’s on the competitive dance team, does taekwondo, plays piano, and loves tennis) and our 1½-year-old golden doodle — who keeps us on our toes.
Fun facts? I was born in England into a military family, served in the Army Reserves, and even ran a half marathon.
Also — if you’ve ever heard someone say drugstore skincare is just as good as medical-grade… I’m here to lovingly call BS. If you want real results, you need real ingredients. End of story.
When you come to Sweet Spot Aesthetics, my hope is that you feel like you’re visiting a good friend — someone who listens, gets it, and helps you walk out feeling lighter, fresher, and more like yourself.
Because that’s what this is all about:
A Confident, More Beautiful You.
